Bar. Olufolahan Adekunle Omotimirin

DIRECTOR

Bar. Adekunle Omotimirin is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and the Principal Partner of Kunle Omotimirin & Company, with offices in Lagos and Abuja.

He earned his LL. B (Hons.) from Obafemi Awolowo University in 1994, was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1995, and obtained an LL.M from the University of Lagos in 1999. A CEDR Certified Mediator, he is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, and International Association of Prosecutors. With decades of active legal practice, Mr. Omotimirin has successfully conducted numerous cases at both trial and appellate courts in Nigeria, specializing in dispute resolution across diverse areas including commercial law, intellectual property, insolvency, capital markets, construction, insurance, oil and gas, telecommunications, employment, and real estate. He also has extensive experience in negotiation, particularly within the energy, petroleum, natural gas, aviation, and shipping sectors, and has overseen high-value real estate negotiations and dispute resolutions. A fellow of the Corporate Governance Professionals of Nigeria (ACGPN), he brings deep expertise, proven success, and a strong network of professional relationships to his practice.

Mr. Anthony Obinna Abili

DIRECTOR

Mr. Anthony Abili is an alumnus of Ogun State University where he obtained a B.Sc. Honours Degree in Political Science. He also holds a Masters in International Law & Diplomacy from the University of Lagos.

A consummate banker; he began his career with Xerox H.S. as a marketing executive from where he later joined First City Monument Bank Ltd, Trust Bank, Lead bank Plc and Ecobank Plc.

A consummate banker, Mr. Abili has experience across Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking and Treasury and rose to the position of Treasurer and Head Institutional Banking Group in the course of his banking career. He is a member of the Money Market Association of Nigeria.

Mr. Abili is presently on the board of several companies including Blackswan Consortium, Tued Limited, Totabu Limited, Origin Integrated Services Limited & Plexus Resources Limited.

Mr. Abimbola Agboola Obanubi

DIRECTOR

Mr Obanubi is a senior programme and transformation leader with over 30 years of experience delivering complex, high-impact strategic initiatives across government, financial services, defence, and global consulting environments.

He holds a BSc in Political Science from Ogun State University and both an MSc in European Politics and an LLM (General Law) from Birkbeck, University of London. His career includes senior delivery and transformation roles with Ernst & Young, Capgemini UK, the UK Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Defence, Nike HQ (Amsterdam), Lloyds Banking Group, and Citibank, where he led major technology and operational transformation programmes. And he is also the CEO of Obaforte Consulting, an IT consulting company.
Alongside his corporate career, Mr Obanubi has over three decades of commitment to charitable and community development initiatives. He currently serves as Director of Action for Change & Empowerment (ACE) where he supports social impact, empowerment, and organisational development initiatives.
He brings deep expertise in governance, strategic delivery, and large-scale programme leadership to the Board of Atlas Park and Entertainment Limited, contributing to the organisation’s strategic direction and sustainable growth.
